Jackie, an anxious people pleaser, is on the verge of telling her terrible date that she's not interested. However, he's hit by a bus before before she can do so. Overcome with guilt, Jackie is stuck to take care of him. To add to the chaos, she learns that he had told his mother they were in a serious relationship. Now, Jackie must deal with his overjoyed mother who unexpectedly comes to meet her perfect son's ‘girlfriend’.
